By implying a comparision to Mcdonalds, the reader can be led to believe that a comparision is being made to the actual business model akin to Mcdonalds. In this case , IAM has nothing even remotely similiar to Mcdonalds. Infact , one could argue that
MCD real business is real estate.
IAM has infact no clue as to what their offerings should be. So far, I have seen IAM change their tune thrice. IAM is an AI company to IAM is a BPO with a AI twist to IAM is now a general accounting / BPO . The AI/ML is suddenly starting to dissipate into this portal hokum that is now being spun.
The company isn't doing one thing well and it is trying to stay afloat by expanding their services on their existing business customers. One begins to wonder if they did actually have these"13 months" of customers waiting in line should they not be focussed on winning them instead of expanding product lines.
Forgive me for playing the devil's advocate but even you don't believe a word of that. A product offering or even a service offering does not need a portal to stay afloat. It needs a unique value provision, a executioner and a customer in need.
The tools of the trade do not matter as much.

Time and again this tactic is utilized by companies trying to change their narrative when trying to keep afloat.
Perhaps , you should read the prospectus again. They specifically try to portray that they were neither a robo-advise company nor anything to do with "accoutning".
Deliveroo's revenue in 2016 was stipulated to be 4 times the market cap of IAM.
Deliveroo's service offering is quite clear and is fundamentally scalable.
IAM on the other hand neither has a scalable business service, unqiue product offering or ability to keep intrested parties on.

Perhaps IAM should stop making ambiguous statement on ASX releases and get that 1 customer.

You know what is the difference between food and finance ?
You can eat something today and sheet it out tomorrow and life goes on.
You cannot file or make a money decision today without substantially impacting your future tomorrow.

If this company hasn't capitalized in 1 year then chances of it being able to capitlize are slimmer by the day.

Ask IAM why any multinational should go to IAM and not directly to phillipines ?
Answers is most of the so called multinationals alread have a processing center overseas.
Good luck trying to hope that IAM will win any of these.
They won't achieve 40 MIL.

They need volume which they won't have even if they signed all the financial management companies.
You will sign neither of those.

Walk into one of these banks and ask to speak to a wealth manager.
The first meeting will be "free".
Ask him for a product disclosure statement.
Clearly read the product disclosure statement .
Read the section about privacy and data sharing.
Highlight the world "third party", contractors, agents and providers.
