That's the take i have from it as well .. Good Luck..Very confident about IAM after a pretty Sh*tty start which did raise some credibility questions about managements decisions in the early days(NAB onwards)..many many start ups "Pivot"(or adjust their business plan based on market realization as they develop if needed)
