RMS is technically a penny stock because they don't have a long term track record. Institutions will avoid RMS like the plague because its a loose cannon.
Not even I knew RMS would fall to $1.10 level but I knew it had the potential to reach that price. They will need some very good news by March or you will see a correction take RMS below $1.
