    re: butch and scorp, into puntland with rrs I would think that if Mputa-2 comes in, the total reservoir size will be so big that someone will be drilling into our oil from the Congo side of Lake Albert.

    I would be tying up a deal with the government of Congo if I was in Simon's shoes.
