The only saving grace of this SPP is that it is only for $1M (albeit that will come with massive dilution.
But reading the docs, they haven't ruled out further raisings in the future. I would consider adding funds to NWE, if PM tendered his resignation. That is not going to happen, as is me keeping the gravy train running.
