Yes I believe as I stated in previous posts, that they are indeed offloading. This will take likely about 2-3 weeks to conclude. Don't get to excited about price predictions yet. As per every previous CR, the instos offload back into the market.
The problem this time is they were given them at ridiculous prices and we didn't get the up move for them to dump back into.
Regardless of the NSW government approvals, MEL still has huge headwinds to push against and will quickly burn the cash raised and I think the market is realising this.
The market does actually move regardless of the hype, predictions or wishes of those who post here, even me.
