And in the meantime, and by that date, unless there has been an escrow put in place with the allocation, there is a very good chance that the instos and sophisticated would have sold out their allocation already.

If they will manage to sell out and push the sp down, chances are that the sp will be equal to, or even lower than, the SPP.

Was that a good decision?? I will leave it up to you to decide now.

I will continue to hold but, if the sp will retreat to below the SPP price, I will not support the company, and I will buy my entitlement on market.

This would be the first time that I have ever done that but, there are times that, IMO, Managements and Boards will have to start thinking that the long term hoders that have held for years on end through thick and thin, cannot be pushed aside for some sophisticates and instos benefits.
