Just reading that news on LAC’s site.
Once the separation is complete, General Motors are committing another 350 million USD into the LAC North American (Thacker Pass) entity on top of the 650 million USD committed in January. That’s a huge sum of money in total and a big vote of confidence that McDermitt is viable, surely?
Auto makers going for vertical integration to ensure supply.
It will be of great interest to see how the two entities are priced post separation.
