    as a HTA holder, i have no idea what kind of negotiations with apple they are having...

    my friend works for vodafone and i asked him why 3 dont have it, he says it is because 3 have their own distinct software applications, and they are different from the networks, hence it has taken them longer to implement...

    apparently 3 will have it in a month's time, not sure if that is factual or rumours...
