That is also the rumor that I have heard (i.e., they will have it in one month - didn't know it might be a software issue holding them up though).
I don't think that the iPhone is as big of an advantage as everyone thinks. A lot of my tech savy friends have been bagging it of late and have favored HTC for a high end device. No cut and paste on a device where one of the main functions is email does seem a little silly. Long term, I think apple will do well, but I don't think that it will be the "killer device" the pundits have predicted. That said, I would still like it on 3's line up of devices in the medium term.
