Actually, the outline reads like it has nothing to do with the treatment, other than that the patients in the trial are the source of blood from which bio markers are being assayed. Remember, they don't know who took the drug and who has the placebo. The report is simply describing bio markers ( physiological factors) that may prove to be associated with the patient group compared to controls. Nothing to do with nnz 2566, but interesting from a general perspective of the field.
