Intrepid is now trading at $1.20 Canadian, which is equivilant to $1.40 Australian.
This Equates to a current share price of Nustar post- Merger of just over 12c.
This is a Huge premium over the current 7.1c share price!
My question is, what does everyone think will happen to these two share prices over time as the merger approaches, and what will the share price be post merger?
Also, with the rise in the Intrepid share price, will post merger shareholder base will still be 40%(intrepid) to 60% (Nustar) on a fully diluted basis?
