I don't think it is a question of "if" I think it is a question of "when".

I'm sure it all ties in with the shortfall and the escrow.

I reckon the large shortfall was due to the escrow stock owners not being in a position to take up there entiltlement.

Does anyone know if Sino has any funds or the financial position of the largest shareholder?

My tip is for the first week in October, when they come out of escrow, they will have to be dealt with.
