In the old days,
when cheap shortfalls and placements where allocated.

Committments had to be made,

eg unwritten don't sell for 6 months or

buy x shares on-market and you will get this allocated.

I don't know if this is common practise anymore, but it used to happen.

Augusta321 -- 450 million shortfall is huge, it doesn't look like sino took up there entitlement.

Would love to know that one.
