yeah someone is buying up... man wish I was actually entering at these levels, it seems like there is going to be a big surprise at some point based on huge orders (comparatively) going through which would logically be insiders, big moves even with this dilution is a good sign. Lets see whats happening, smelter sale, then new direction with permits, should def see some movement.
