Recently looked into DDR and seems like a well run company, good growth, high yield etc.
Was interseted to hear if anyone has looked into the intrinsic value of DDR? I did a few calcs (however this is my first time so may be way off) and I was thinking around $1/sh based on my thoughts of 2013 FY earnings.
Any comment on this would be much appreciated. As mentioned this is my first time so may be way off, however interested to learn from people better at it than me!
