Morons subsidise them so if their children decide to go to uni they can, if they didn't you'd end up with a society like america where the rich are the only ones who can afford to. Not everyone is cut out for a trade or uni but at least people have the opportunity and i'd rather subsidise someone who try's to better themselves than someone on the dole just wanting handouts. I do think some of the soft degrees don't deserve subsidies.

On AGO i hope the management are able to pull a rabbit out of the hat for the sake of shareholders
