    Well, any one who "spouts off at the mouth" about how much they get paid is the type of person to be exaggerating anyway.

    To the OP - yeah right pay your engineers, surveyors, geos other professionals etc. minimum wage then they all go work at Macca's and see how much more of a loss your mine runs at.
