This is the gravity anomaly image from Geoscience Australia of the E39/2213 formation (right side of the west part) and its' surroundings, primarily to the east.
You can see how the westerly block might have been split from the main formation.
If you look at both inside edges against the blue (Canning Basin), you can see how they could have originally latched together - perhaps in from the easterly light green peaks.
The eastern side of that latch is Tropicana and surrounds (ie. gold). Another possible sign of support for a gold connection in the E39/2213 formation.
Just down the road, all the tenements on the immediate western side of the formation have a new owner too - a gold company.
Could E39/2213 actually be the original source of much of the mineralisation in the (relatively) immediate region? Tropicana (gold), Mulga Rocks (U, no contextual comment), the company's new attempt at Nb / RE, etc. Mulga Tank (nickel) is just out of image at the lower left.
