@keepingitril, in response to your post (via the link below), your proposal to restructure the board is both timely and appropriate. Given the current market conditions and RareX’s developmental progress, reducing the board to fewer than five directors would be a strategic decision to enhance operational efficiency and governance.
What will it take for Durrant to show who’s in charge and take responsibility? I really don’t like that he’s not bought any shares, ever, he’s got nothing to lose.
