Bioshares, an e-magazine, has a very interesting and relevant article on IVX this month. The highlights: Smoking trial expected to finish recruiting 130 to phase 2 trial this year and subject to satisfactory results to go to phase 3 next year. Some results this year.
Asthma trial could be finished this year, although I can't see this. As far as I know, this is a six month dosing trial. Unless recruitment is complete a couple of months ago, the trial cannot complete this year, and I would have thought that completion of recruitment would have been an announceable!
Recruitment in Lupus trial to be complete by October, unless there is an additional cohort. This is the first I have seen of an additional cohort. I thought drug was limited. I can't see a cohort at a higher dose, so the proposed additional cohort must be a different stage of the disease, most likely more severe. This is very promising.
Lot of data in next 12 months, extraordinary story in next eighteen months.
This could be the reason for today's lift in the price.
