invalid bidder statement

Dear Minor International,

You bidder statement contains multiple references to the scheduled offer close date but you have provided no valid date. "XX May 2011" is not a valid date.

I also note that you have used "XX April 2011" as the Offer Date. This is not valid either.

There are at least 10 separate occassions that you have used XX in a date within your Biffer's Statement. I believe these errors make the statement invalid.

Please update the statement to contain accurate information that can be used by shareholders. Please also update the bid price because I think that is a mistake also. Surely you agree that 35c is way too low.
