Only problem with this is decent people don't act out...they find it disrespectful and often have a real responsibility to and for others ...
all society's have approx 1/3rd hard scumbags (no need for them to be outwardly violent either) with very little deeper personality to call upon, high in openness therefore low in natural empathy and compassion...born like this and cannot know any better and don't care if there was anyway.
then 1/3rd we shall call apologists....these just glide through more worried about what colour their new car might be one day than the rape and pillage of others just a suburb away, these apologists only get riled up when it impacts or will them directly and unavoidably (see the last election).
then there is the 1/3rd higher caste phenotype human low in dysgenic driven disorders..group selected individuals who got the full kit from the very first cell division.
Hard to make people with the full kit march...they rely on other's goodness first....1st world society's been failing since 1955... for those 2/3rds that cannot hold the same level of innate personal dignity, conscientiousness, embarrassment toward acting out and trust in others...they need to become just as much of a political mob as that lowest 1/3rd to right our sinking ship.
onwards and upwatds...political choice is not a magic show it is born from the preexisting genetic phenotype, as Darwinian genetic fitness continues to fail us the larger the lower caste personality types per capita will exist unravelling both the industrial and enlightenment gains of those genetically fitter humans before us....gotta love it.
It's the only show in town to watch across the next 60 years of human evolution.
