No you see you keep saying the same thing, but keep missing the point. When you say "help themselves", don't you mean move into mainstream society, get careers and own a home? In other words don't you want them to forget their culture and be like us? Not going to happen, and nor it should be expected to happen. It's the intolerance and ignorance in people that blame Indigenous for not doing that.
