Thats correct Scott. Ive spent quite a bit of time in communities in N.T and it's apparent that tossing money isn't the answer, it just keeps the International Human Rights people from banging our door down. The first thing is representation for ALL Indigenous, and not just the one's in the newspaper. Let Indigenous decide whats best for therm, not idiots in Canberra who keep writing cheques for silence. IMO the majority will prefer to practice their traditional ways and lifestyle, and have zero interest in trying to become westernised, and why the hell should they.
