*Panorama Synergy is developing a solid-state, electronic optical switch that has potential to significantly enhance performance and reduce costs for a wide range of media technologies. The Company continues to develop their breakthrough magneto photonic crystal (MPC) structure which controls light output in the visible spectrum (red green blue wavelength range).


The MPC design results in high speed (**1000 times faster than existing technologies), low heat output and low power consumption. There is
**no competing magneto-optic based technology known.


MPC alone is worth a 'take-over' or commercial partnership, by a big player, on top of its main MEMS tech.
