I can just see the sale's manager of Inverness fronting the Board and trying to explain why such a small Aust controlled company is impacting on their sales.
Have a look at the history of Inverness, they pay big bucks for small companies, especially ones that give them revenue streams.
Before anyone asks, it will have to be a friendly take over (when and if it happens) as Inverness must secure 90% of the stock before compulsary acquistion kicks in. Before that happens they have to take a stake in the company and when they reach 18% they then have to make their intentions known. Imagine the SP if someone wanted to by 80 mil shares!
