    beats me - gold at all time highs and some gold stocks with high hopes are going the in opposite direction - perhaps the psychology is that there must be correction in the price of gold (because of all time highs) before people dive in. If so, the impact of a correction on gold shares could be scary (given the current inverse relationship) - a long term view might help.
