Strange to me Meg that you are ignoring clean coal tech,there have been interesting discussions on the matter here which have looked at sensible ways to use what is a vast resource in the world still more than able to supply cheap energy to those who need it. The tireless ramp that coal is evil is really dumb and I think shows a lack of understanding of mans progress on this planet,I know it is a capital resource but the intelligent response to a perceived problem is not to throw the baby with the bath water but rather to adapt and examine present practice to make better use of the stored energy. You do understand that the contained Co2 has always been there?Cycles come and go in the natural order,please try to understand just how insignificant you are to nature.
