True abu but the USA export port capacity is nearly full and large protests re moving coal from mine to port will not help them. Steam coal still is a small part of US export and will need new port facilities to grow.
They take time so SA will not be impacted for a few years yet.
As for CCC alot depends on how soon Penumbra reaches full production and what assets they sell and how much they get for them and which decade they recieve the settlement for them!!
