Coldhelium what you dont understand is CCC performance isnt depending on coal prices. The focus must be on management not on the coal prices as a scapegoat. Its easy to put the blame on coal prices and shifting the attention away from the main problem.
Regardless whether the coal price was high or low the stock would keep declining in the long term.
If the coal price go up, management think the timing is right to raise more funds by issuing more shares. In my opinion how they use and deplete those raised funds is what very upsetting to me, just look at how much consulation fees and other fees had been allocated in the past.
if hadn't because of the split 10 to 1 back then (to keep the number looking good IMO), the number of share had been issued is billion of shares and the stock only worth $0.0042 now.
