A couple of other things - don't lay any blame on Brown J. for making what the CoA consider to be errors, he only had three months in which to write his 300+ page judgment. Likewise, the three CoA judges seem to have had a lot to research and consider really thoroughly before handing down their judgment, during which time they'll have been on many other cases.

As I said in the previous post, rushing things got us here today.
