invest in ozl or stay away?

I have been considering investing in OZL for its portfolio of copper and gold assets, as well as equity interests in other companies.

However, I am concerned about the two class-actions, and OZL (OZL shareholders) possibly having to pay out large sums of money, as well as the distraction which the class-actions will be for management. What will that do to OZL SP?

Given this uncertainty, I am inclined to run away.

However, what do others think? Am i being sensible? Or am I over-cautious? If the latter, what am I missing about OZL, that says "invest, do not be overly concerned".
