    What makes you think there is no risk at all? Did you check their management and financials? Very, very high risk imho. If you want to invest in stem cell technology, I'd recommend to check out PSD or NAL. There are a few more too, but can't find them in the moment.

    ps: BGN was into stem cell technology, now they're gone.....
