rights issue BBI making 700 mil cap raising, with l expect a 1 for 4 rights issue to shareholders at $1.55. details to be released on Feb 3. PD ports looks upbeat with land parcels to be sold off for housing over the next 20 years. Distrib of 13c makes this stock look cheap. Expect to buy more power infra assetts with proceeds, and should move into the ASX 100 with increase in assetts. Could be dip in sp during rights issue, but should pick up to $1.80 later.
