Yes heinz1 I agree but considering our financial position the cost and time involved in this admin move is it practicable at this time.

I have no doubt it will happen (has to happen) and the whole team has to be ready to go with it.

Probably when the plant is repaired and ready to operate at 100%, then all changes can be implemented.

Somehow I feel that the perforation of "B" sands is the clincher!!

The old "are we there yet" is frustrating but I have full confidence in the TEAM.
