This is nothing more than a fishing expedition bought about by a disgruntled ex-employee who wanted cash and an inexperienced journalist who got caught up in the ex-employee's story, now the ambo chasers are all over it.

The simple fact that Sanofi has re-signed and named Lovenox (still a $bln earner for them) as the drug they will house with Unilife's Finesse is confirmation enough that things were and still are operating as we have been told, they have worked with Unilife and have now chosen to even name the drug. How can these outrageous claims have legs if things are moving forward, the likes of Sanofi don't sign contracts with smoke and mirror companies, heck how do people think we came up with the Finesse product in the first place, that's right, working with Sanofi to meet their needs!!

A few more contracts coming up soon and the story of an ex-employee looking for a pay day will ring more true than the claims being made that nothing was being done...
