I think you will find that this probably comes from the recent submission by the company which is extensive that GoG have to respond to by early January.. I think they will try and play out the response....
It was discussed recently about Najaa witholding advice she had received to the parliament.. her answer as I recall that it was confidential..or something to that effect..

My assumption was at that time was that she did not reveal the advice that she had received because it was probably negative to her cause...
As we know she has advised she will meet with the company to discuss but never did enter discussions only said thats the law now .
What the government of Greenland will be doing now is looking at ways that they may need to do to cover their tracks..
If Najaa did receive advice that she did not reveal then it will come out....whether positive or negative. simple...
