If the law firm were doing a proper job then they would have warned of the strengths and weaknesses of their decisions with the uranium ban Act 20....
based on one simple fact. the whole thing came about to stop the kvanefjeld project with a 200ppm well below world standards...
The kvanefjeld was being developed as the worlds largest critical Minerals project however as with many Rare earth sites it also contains one of the largest uranium deposits in the world about 5% of that uranium was to be extracted with the rare earth as by product (which did not need to happen)... Shenghe became involved because of their technical expertise...
Tha's the reason that Greenland Auditor have to now go through all the dates and correspondence from day one to substantiate the Government decisions good or bad what has been disclosed or not and who new what....
