@Pigreco you dream if you think that GXY is out of the loop. If the merger proceeds then the merged company will be attacked. For a simple example look at what happened to the Swiss banks that bought USA ones they became attacked for past faults of the USA entities.
Even if the case action is rubbish IMO this might well put a serious restrain on the sp until this litigation is cleared.
I change my view to medium term sell. I hate to be so negative on this great company :(
On a side note I get the feeling that each time a company I watched began to make money in the USA a litigation appears that eats all the benefit made globaly.
