Makattack, there will be a class action if there are grounds, based upon legal advice. Maybe there are no grounds and as you state no class action..? But one things for sure, we will certainly be proceeding if there are grounds. Only reason for not pursuing is that you are a director, or a directors buddy, which there are a few. My sanity will be retained whether we pursue a class action or not, win or lose.
