Gannp - prepared to pursue for years, often they declare themselves bankrupt, hide / move the assets and then set up shop 5 years later. They can also use family and other shady friends to keep running their own thing on the side. Also drag on in the courts and find some technicality to get off Scott free ... All shareholders that are prepared to pursue should be gathering positions now as if we wait till the official last breath then information and logistics will be very difficult, a lot of investors may just give up and not pursue.
