Derk, absolutley right on Nobby, he one who is consumed with his own self importance, ASX and ASIC do not notify anyone of an investigation unless you are being investigated or are a potential witness (in the case of ASIC). If Nobby has been contacted by either of them then we now know that Nobby is an insider and being investigated or he's just full of s..t. Cross check on the knob, he has made these sort of claims before.
AAR haven't said much to the market because, surprise surprise, they are just an old fashioned mining company trying to produce gold who by a stroke of bad luck has a neighbour who is at best very lucky or at worst fabricating results. At least AAR were honest enough to admit that the nearology was the main reason for the trading by others. AAR are old guys who can barely find the switch on their laptop let alone day trade and ramp. Knob et al complaining about the lack of information should stop believing that a little company has nothing better to do than make ASX announcments to pander to their short term trading requirements.
