Considering the months of overseas buying, AVZ is probably doing due diligence on where the majority share holding resides if a vote was to materialise on a TO price. If this is the case then an offer may be imminent.
The Sooner an Ann on drilling happens to drive this SP higher, the better IMO. Maybe were already drilling all rigs and an Ann with results to drive this SP even higher is the game. That would not surprise me one bit.
