Watching BGA for a cheap entry, but i think A.Forrest is going to stop the price falling back to a new low.

I like to try and get ahead of the curve with sector rotation theory, i dont really understand it, i mostly just look at the pictures, anyway...
Long term im looking for an Office REIT (maybe DXS, MGR or a smaller one), they should be at a low point with hangover from covid giving low occupancy, and rising interest rates.
