Looking at agri stocks, there is SHV who are at a rather low price at the moment. They have been hit by a double whammy of lower world prices for almonds and the bee supply scare.
Being cyclical, they should have good times again in the next few years. I started my food buying with TGR and SHV in the same week. Until three months ago, SHV had been a far better return. The opposite is the case right now.
The way the sector is going, there will probably now be an opportunist bid come in for SHV whilst their price is low.
