    Oracle fully underwritten rights issue at 2.8c with $1m upfront...impondo on board... Very experienced African partner + high grade shallow manganese - just relax for heavens sakes... I've been on holiday in Thailand and now in the south of France 2 weeks and haven't felt the need to look at these once... Give it a month and you will all see why ura is enormously undervalued ATM
