Have been a hotcopper member for years now, and along the way have accumulated some kids, 4 in fact!

I have a portfolio that l am happy with, however am now turning to setting up a family trust and investing for my four children.

Looking to invest 2.5k for each child, and was looking for some suggestions. Stocks with dividends appeal, as we'll reinvest along their life journey. Kids are 14, 10, 4 and 2....will look to hand over the investments when they turn 25 (NOT 18 or 21! as l know what l was like at that age!!!)

Suggestions for blue chip stocks with dividends would be welcome.....Coles Myer, BHP, Leightons perhaps? Would like to buy some FMG, don't currently hold just think that in 15 years, they'd be well off from their current pricing.

Aussie stocks preferred, anyway to those that respond appreciate your input.
