Thats an explanation I have a little trouble with or am I wrong in thinking Pnina , Sholom +1? representing QBL were negotiating with Pnina, Sholom + 1 AK with AK and maybe a few others being the shareholders of MCL..
too in house to come up with a realistic "worth" of MCL.
I don't disagree with most of BigDaniel's post.. except the legalisation bit.. Hemp has been legal and grown for decades or more e.g Hemp clothing has been around since the '90's.. seed products were labelled not for human consumption but who reads labels?.. also up until November 2017 CBD oil could be obtained here but with food becoming legal CBD became subject to different rules.
I'm disappointed but ok with the merger however whatever logic or calculation was used to obtain their idea of "fair" value needs to be looked at or the definition of "fair" changed.
