A comparison between MCL and EXL might help.. EXL I see as MCL's main competition now & would be the merged entity's as well .EXL had 6 mil EBITA last quarter and are selling CBD into Asia(Japan) & elsewhere. They grow and process seed here in Aus as well as import. The imported seed is not denatured as MCL would like to have all believe but cleared to be processed in approved facility. MCL with Medcan licenses will have that advantage over EXL who currently don't. The medical side of EXL is currently restricted to production of CBD BUT they are producing unlike MCL.
